4 Central District Players in State Under 18 Carnival

Central District's Brendan Dew, Kyle Presbury, Wayne Milera and Isaya McKenzie have been selected to play in South Australia's National Under 18 Carnival team which will aim to defend its national back to back championship titles over the next 6 weeks.

Each player is an excitement machine in his own right. Milera has started 2015 as part of Central District's League side, spending time up forward while Dew, McKenzie and Presbury have all been present in the Dogs Reserves grade thus far. Dew is a handy player in heavy traffic who uses his strength and evasive skills. McKenzie and Presbury are both energetic ball magnets who aren't afraid to throw themselves at a contest either on the ground or in the air. McKenzie has racked up 'best on ground' performances already for the Central District Reserves this season.

All 4 players take a break from CDFC matches during the 6 week carnival which is played throughout Australia. They are released on the weekend of June 20 to play at SANFL CLub level.

For this week's match against Western Australia - played as a curtain raiser to the WAFL v SANFL State Game in Perth, Dew and Presbury have been named on wings, while Milera slips into his forward flank position. McKenzie will be thirsty for goals lining up in a forward pocket.
