CDFC versus AFC – Since 2014

Entering the Elimination Final, the Dogs have played the AFC reserves on 6 occasions since their introduction to the SANFL.

Centrals have won 5 of the 6 games (being the last 5 on the trot), and enjoy an average winning margin of 28 points over this time, whilst Adelaide’s only victory (back in Round 3 2014) was by 52 points. 

The ‘Dogs have won 9 of the 12 quarters played in the first half (and haven’t lost a quarter in the first half since 2014). Centrals are yet to beat Adelaide in a 3rd quarter (losing them by an average of 7 points), and have won only 4 of the 12 last half quarters on offer.
