CDFC versus WAFC – (Home & Away) since 2012

The Dogs have played the Bloods on 10 occasions in the minor round since 2012, with Westies holding a 6 wins to 4 advantage.
Centrals during this time have been sluggish starters, winning only 3 first quarters, but have the advantage in the 2nd and 3rd stanzas with a 7 quarter wins to 3. Last quarters are relatively even between the 2 sides with Centrals winning 5, West 4 and drawing 1.

The largest winning margin in the games between the sides was 64 points when West prevailed 98 to 34 in round 5 2014. The ‘Dogs last victory against the boys from Richmond was round 13 2014, when Centrals won by 33 points.

CDFC v WAFC - The Finals History
The 2 sides have played off in 3 finals since Centrals joined the SANFL, with the Bulldogs holding a 2 games to 1 lead (2003 SSF, 2003 GF). West Adelaide’s last final’s victory against Centrals was the 2012 Qualifying Final, when they conquered the ‘Dogs by 27 points.
