St Patrick's Technical College donating a Doghouse for CDFC Gala Dinner

Cooper Ratsch, a Year 11 Construction student from St Patrick’s Technical College, is building the Central District Football Club - the ‘Bulldogs’ - a dog house. Cooper’s BULLDOG HOUSE is being built as part of his Research Project, a compulsory SACE subject, that will incorporate the practical knowledge and skills that he has acquired as a first year student at StPatsTech.
Once construction is completed, Centrals players will join Cooper at the College and paint the BULLDOG HOUSE in club colours. The finished product will be up for auction at the Central District Football Club Gala Dinner on July 23.
Materials for the BULLDOG HOUSE have been donated by StPatsTech Industry Partner, Stratco, as part of their commitment to supporting the Construction and Engineering programs offered at the College.
Centrals and StPatsTech have worked in partnership for many years to provide scholarships for junior players looking to start a trade career alongside their football.  As part of the partnership, club sponsors and supporters are encouraged to consider hiring apprentices trained at the specialist trades and technical Year 11/12 College in Edinburgh North.
